SAVE THE DATE: Ready to make it official? Start by filling out the inquiry form to check availability. If your date is open, we’ll send over the contract and booking retainer details + invoice. Once those are completed, your dream bridal hair is locked in and officially on the books!

ALL THE DETAILS: Once you’re officially booked, we’ll stay in close touch as the big day gets closer. From inspo pics to hair goals, this is where we dive into the details and make sure everything aligns with your vision. I’m here for all your questions, ideas, and updates along the way!

LOCK IN THE LOOK: As your wedding approaches, we’ll schedule your preview session to bring your dream look to life. I recommend booking it closer to the date for the best seasonal match. Trials are held on weekdays so we can keep weekends focused on wedding-day glam.

Bridal Hairstyling — $250
Bridal hairstyling is a luxury, detail-focused service designed to leave you feeling like your most radiant, confident self on your wedding day.
What’s Included:
• Minimum 1.5-hour dedicated appointment time — additional time may be needed based on the intricacy of the style and the amount of clip-in extensions used
• Clip-in extension application (extensions not included)
• Veil and accessory placement
• Finishing touches to perfect and set your style for all-day wearYour morning should feel calm, pampered, and entirely centered around you. We book one wedding per day to ensure your experience never feels rushed — just elevated, effortless, and unforgettable.

Bridal Preview — $250
Your preview is where the full vision comes together. This 3-hour personalized session is designed to perfect your bridal look in advance, giving us time to learn your hair, refine your desired style, and ensure everything wears beautifully throughout your big day.
We’ll explore up to two curated styles, as long as there’s a smooth transition between the two. This appointment is required for all brides and is exclusively available to those who have officially secured their date with a signed contract and retainer.
Previews are not available for bridal party members and are held either in Savannah, GA or at my home studio in Springfield. I recommend booking your preview 1–3 months before your wedding to align with the season and get the most accurate feel for how your hair will respond.

Bridal Party Hairstyling — $175 per person
Bridal party members receive the same elevated care and attention to detail as the bride. Each style is given a full 1-hour appointment, ensuring no one feels rushed and every look is picture-perfect from every angle. This rate includes clip-in extension application (extensions not included) and final finishing touches to lock in the style.

Flower Girl Hairstyling — $100
A sweet and simple styling appointment designed just for your littlest glam girl. This 30–45 minute session is perfect for soft curls, braids, or a styled half-up look that keeps her comfortable and camera-ready all day long.
Recommended for ages 10 and under. Any junior styling beyond this age will be booked at the standard bridal party rate of $175.

Rehearsal Dinner Hairstyling — $175
This service is available for both the bride and bridal party members who want to look and feel their best the night before the big day. Each appointment is a minimum of 1 hour, with additional time added if clip-in extensions are needed — typically totaling around 1.5 hours.
Whether you're going for polished waves, a soft updo, or something sleek and elevated, we’ll create a look that’s effortless and event-ready. Clip-in extension application is included (extensions not provided).
Travel fees may apply, along with any parking or toll charges, depending on the location.
Before We Make It Official…
Here’s a quick look at the important stuff. We want you to feel confident, clear, and totally taken care of from first inquiry to the final touch up. Please make sure to read the full bridal policies before inquiring.

To officially secure your wedding date, a $250 non-refundable retainer is required and will be applied toward your final invoice. Retainers are not transferable, and in the event of a cancellation, the retainer will be forfeited. Your date isn’t locked in until both the signed contract and retainer are received — once those are in, your day is officially yours.

Bridal previews are exclusively for booked brides and are available once your contract is signed and retainer is paid. It’s a required step before the big day so we can walk into your wedding morning feeling prepared, confident, and stress-free.
This is a separate service from your wedding day glam. It’s a full 3-hour appointment focused completely on perfecting your look ahead of time.
Please note: previews are not offered for bridal party members.
And just to keep it real — this session is not a trial of the stylist. It’s a collab moment. We’ll test your vision, tweak what you love (and what you don’t), and make sure your final look feels effortlessly you when it matters most.

To secure your wedding date, a minimum of 5 day-of hair services is required — this includes the bride ($250) plus four additional adult services ($175 each), totaling $950.
We exclusively book one wedding per day to give our brides the time, focus, and elevated experience they deserve — never rushed, never shared. Because of this, a minimum is required to reserve your date on the calendar.
If your party doesn’t meet the 5-service minimum, the remaining balance must still be paid to reflect the $950 booking minimum. This ensures your morning remains relaxed, luxurious, and entirely centered around you.

To ensure every client receives the highest level of care and attention, Behind the Glam Bridal limits bookings to a maximum of 8 total services per wedding day — typically the bride plus up to 7 additional guests. As an independent artist, this limit allows me to uphold the quality, detail, and luxury experience I’m known for. No additional services will be accepted beyond this maximum.

We include complimentary travel for weddings within 20 miles of Springfield GA. Anything beyond that is $1 per mile round trip. If your location is 1.5 hours or more away, overnight accommodations will be required to ensure a smooth, on-time morning. For destination weddings, we’ll create a custom quote that covers hotel, transportation, and a daily per diem.
