To officially secure your wedding date, a $250 non-refundable retainer is required and will be applied toward your final invoice. Retainers are not transferable, and in the event of a cancellation, the retainer will be forfeited. Your date isn’t locked in until both the signed contract and retainer are received — once those are in, your day is officially yours.

Bridal previews are exclusively for booked brides and are available once your contract is signed and retainer is paid. It’s a required step before the big day so we can walk into your wedding morning feeling prepared, confident, and stress-free.

This is a separate service from your wedding day glam. It’s a full 3-hour appointment focused completely on perfecting your look ahead of time.

And just to keep it real — this session is not a trial of the stylist. It’s a collab moment. We’ll test your vision, tweak what you love (and what you don’t), and make sure your final look feels effortlessly you when it matters most.

To achieve the full, voluminous styles most brides desire, clip-in hair extensions are often a necessary addition. In fact, almost all of the bridal looks you see on Pinterest and Instagram feature extensions — even when it’s not immediately noticeable. Extensions are not solely for added length; they play a key role in creating fullness, enhancing structure, and ensuring your style holds beautifully throughout the day.

We’ll personally guide you through the selection process, including expert color matching and recommending high-quality options that complement your hair type and chosen style. Not all extensions are created equal, and investing in the right set can make all the difference in the final look.

Please note: Extensions are not included in your service rate and may be required to achieve the desired result. We encourage you to plan accordingly, as our priority is to create a look that photographs flawlessly and feels like the most elevated version of you.

To secure your wedding date, a minimum of 5 day-of hair services is required — this includes the bride ($300) plus four additional adult services ($175 each), totaling $1000.

We exclusively book one wedding per day to give our brides the time, focus, and elevated experience they deserve — never rushed, never shared. Because of this, a minimum is required to reserve your date on the calendar.

If your party doesn’t meet the 5-service minimum, the remaining balance must still be paid to reflect the $1000 booking minimum. This ensures your morning remains relaxed, luxurious, and entirely centered around you.

To ensure every client receives the highest level of care and attention, Behind the Glam Bridal limits bookings to a maximum of 8 total services per wedding day — typically the bride plus up to 7 additional guests. As an independent artist, this limit allows me to uphold the quality, detail, and luxury experience I’m known for. No additional services will be accepted beyond this maximum.

All clients are required to arrive with clean, 100% dry hair. Hair that is damp, oily, dirty, or heavily styled with product will not hold bridal styles properly and will impact the morning’s schedule. If a client arrives with hair that is not properly clean and dry, they will be asked to wash and dry their hair immediately, or a $50 blowout fee will be added before styling can begin. This policy ensures every style holds properly and the morning stays on schedule.

Complimentary travel is included for locations within 20 miles of Springfield, GA. For any distance beyond the 20-mile round-trip radius, a travel fee of $1 per mile will apply, calculated as a round-trip total.

Any parking fees, valet charges, or tolls (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.

For wedding locations that are 1 ½ hours or more from Springfield, GA, overnight accommodations will be required to ensure timely arrival and a smooth, stress-free wedding morning. This policy helps avoid travel delays and allows us to deliver the elevated, luxury experience Behind the Glam is known for.

Accommodation costs are the responsibility of the client and will be discussed during the booking process, if applicable.

For destination weddings, travel accommodations are required and will be outlined in a custom quote based on location and logistics. A minimum of 2 nights in a clean, safe hotel within 15 minutes of the getting-ready location is required, along with reimbursement or coverage for transportation such as flights, baggage fees, airport transfers, or mileageif driving. A per diem of $125 per day will also be applied to cover meals, travel time, and incidental expenses.

Travel accommodations must be arranged and booked within 1 month of securing the wedding date to guarantee availability and ensure a smooth experience. Please note that standard bridal service rates still apply in addition to all travel and accommodation fees.

For wedding day services requiring a start time of 7:00 AM or earlier, an early start fee of $100 per hour will be added to your final invoice.

To ensure timely arrival and proper preparation, overnight accommodations will also be required for these early start times. This allows us to deliver the highest level of service without the risk of travel delays or disruptions on your wedding morning.

Accommodation costs are the responsibility of the client and will be discussed during the booking process if applicable.

If services are required at multiple locations on the wedding day (for example, beginning styling at one site and finishing at another), a $150 relocation fee will apply. This fee covers the additional time, complexity, and care involved with packing, traveling, setting up, and resetting equipment between locations. To maintain the smoothest and most relaxed experience possible, we highly recommend completing all hair services at a single location whenever possible.

Bookings that fall on a holiday weekend are subject to a $200 premium rate due to increased demand and limited availability. This applies to weddings scheduled on or around the following major holidays:

• New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Easter Weekend
• Memorial Day Weekend
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day Weekend
• Thanksgiving Weekend

Because these dates are high-demand and often involve additional travel and scheduling logistics, all holiday weekend bookings require a signed contract and deposit to secure the date. Availability is extremely limited, and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We highly recommend inquiring early if you're planning a holiday weekend celebration.

Stay flawless throughout your day with on-location touch-ups available at $150 per hour (2-hour minimum). Must be reserved in advance.

All payments are due in one full invoice and must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. Services will not be rendered unless payment has been received in full by this deadline.

The final headcount for services is due 4 weeks prior to the wedding day. Once confirmed, no changes, reductions, or substitutions can be made. The original booking minimum must still be met, even if the final number of services performed is less than originally estimated.

By submitting your final headcount and payment, you are securing the timeline, service order, and stylist allocation for your day. Please plan accordingly, as adjustments after the deadline cannot be accommodated.
